摘要
试验旨在研究比较酶解海藻和博落回-葡萄糖氧化酶复方添加剂对仔猪的生长性能、器官指数和血清生化指标的影响。选取体重、年龄一致的40日龄健康仔猪180头,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复的10头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,AHE组和MGCA组分别在基础饲粮基础上添加500 mg/kg酶解海藻和250 mg/kg博落回提取物-葡萄糖氧化酶复方添加剂。试验预饲期7 d,正式期35 d。于正式试验期第35 d早饲前进行前腔静脉采血,试验结束后,每个重复随机选取1头仔猪进行屠宰。结果表明:①与对照组相比,MGCA组仔猪的平均日采食量、三酰甘油的含量以及血清的超氧化歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。②与对照组相比,AHE组能够显著提高断奶仔猪的血清三酰甘油含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,博落回-葡萄糖氧化酶复方添加剂的效果优于酶解海藻。
This experiment aims to compare the effects of algae hydrolyzed by enzymes and macleaya cordata extract-glucose oxidase compound additive on growth performance,organ index and serum biochemistry indicators in piglets.A total of 180 healthy 40 day-old piglets were randomly assigned into 3 treatments with 6 replicates in each treatment and 10 piglets per replicate.The control was the basal diet(CON group),AHE group and MGCA group were basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg algae hydrolyzed by enzymes and 250 mg/kg macleaya cordata extract-glucose oxidase compound additive,respectively.The experimental period lasted for 35 days after the pre-experimental period of 7 days.Anterior vena cava blood collection was performed before the feed in the morning on the 35th day of the formal trial period,and after the trial,one piglet was randomly selected for slaughter in each replicate.The results showed that:①compared with CON group,the daily average feed intake(ADFI),triglyceride(TG),serum superoxide dismutase(TSOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of piglets were significantly increased in MGCA group(P<0.05).②Compared with CON group,serum TG and GSH-Px activity of weaned piglets were significantly increased in AHE group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the effect of macleaya cordata extract-glucose oxidase compound additive was better than that of algae hydrolyzed by enzymes.
