丙酸铬对热应激黄羽肉鸡生长性能、器官指数、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 试验旨在探究丙酸铬(Propionic acid chromiu,PAC)对热应激黄羽肉鸡生长性能、器官指数、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用180只35日龄青脚麻鸡公鸡,随机分为对照组、热应激组和热应激+丙酸铬组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组和热应激组饲喂基础日粮,丙酸铬组饲喂添加0.2 mg/kg丙酸铬的基础日粮。预试期1周,正试期2周。结果显示:与对照组相比,热应激组肉鸡试验末重、平均日增重、平均采食量显著下降(P<0.05),料重比显著提高(P<0.05);而饲喂丙酸铬日粮可以改善热应激引起的黄羽肉鸡试验末重、平均日采食量和平均日增重的降低(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,热应激组肝脏胸腺器官指数显著降低(P<0.05);与热应激组相比,丙酸铬组肝脏器官指数显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,热应激组血液谷草转氨酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),白蛋白水平显著下降(P<0.05),饲粮添加丙酸铬可以显著改善热应激引起的谷草转氨酶活性增加(P<0.05);与对照组相比,热应激组血液钾离子水平显著降低(P<0.05),钠离子水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,热应激组空肠黏膜谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),与热应激组相比,丙酸铬组血清超氧化物歧化酶和肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,热应激导致黄羽肉鸡生长性能下降、器官发育受损、体温升高,饲粮添加丙酸铬具有缓解黄羽肉鸡热应激,改善生长性能的作用。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of propionic acid chromiu(PAC)on growth performance,organ index,serum biochemical indices and antioxidant capacity of yellow-feathered broilers under heat stress.A total of 18035-day-age Blueshank Partridge cocks were randomly divided into control group,heat stress group and propionic acid chromiu group with 6 replicates in each group and 10 chickens per replicate.The control group and the heat stress group were fed basal diet,and the heat stress+chromium propionate group was fed basal diet supplemented with 0.2 mg/kg chromium propionate.The pre-feeding period was 1 week and the experimental period was 2 weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,average daily gain and average feed intake of broilers in heat stress group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio increased significantly(P<0.05).Feeding propionic acid chromiu diet could improve the heat stress-induced decrease of final weight,average daily feed intake and average daily gain of yellow-feasted broilers(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the feed/gain(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the liver and thymus organ index of the heat stress group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the heat stress group,the liver organ index of the propionic acid chromiu group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activity of aspartate aminotransferase in the heat stress group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the albumin level was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The increase of aspartate aminotransferase activity induced by heat stress was significantly improved by dietary supplementation of chromium propionate(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the heat stress group had a significant reduction in the blood potassium level(P<0.05)and a significant increase in the blood sodium level(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activity of glutathione peroxidase in the jejunal mucosa of the heat stress gr
