摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种发病原因不明的中枢神经退行性疾病。近期研究发现,AD的发生发展与口腔及肠道菌群丰度或多样性有密切关系,而越来越多的研究表明中药可通过影响菌群代谢而间接起到防治AD的作用。为进一步探究中药防治AD机制,本研究通过分析整理近30年文献资料,从微生物角度出发,分析口腔-肠道微生物失调与AD在病因机制方面的关联性,分类总结出调节口腔及肠道菌群干预AD的代表中药成分,以期为深入研究中药防治AD的作用机制以及从中药中开发防治AD药物提供新的思路。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a central neurodegenerative disease with an unknown etiology.Recent studies have indicated a strong correlation between the development and progression of AD and the abundance or diversity of oral and intestinal flora.Increasing evidence suggests that Chinese medicines may indirectly prevent and treat AD by influencing microbiota metabolism.To further explore the mechanism of action by which Chinese medicines prevent and treat AD,this study analyzes and organizes literature from the past 30 years.From the perspective of microorganisms,it examines the correlation between oral-intestinal flora imbalance and the pathogenesis of AD,and categorizes representative Chinese medicines and their components that regulate oral and intestinal flora to intervene in AD.It aims to provide new insights for the in-depth research on the mechanism of action of Chinese medicines in preventing and treating AD,as well as for the development of new anti-AD drugs from Chinese medicines.
