摘要
专业认同是影响学生学业表现和人才培养质量的关键因素。基于扎根理论对H省两所高校的21名职业技术教育专业硕士进行半结构化访谈,构建职教硕士专业认同影响因素模型。模型显示,职教硕士的心理期望值、读研内外环境、就业认知与情感、学校人才培养综合实力直接影响专业认同;职教硕士读研外部环境和学校人才培养综合实力还通过就业认知与情感间接影响专业认同。提升职教硕士专业认同,职教硕士自身要形塑身份认同意识自觉、自觉规划未来职业生涯;职教硕士培养单位要提升综合育人实力、加强对职教硕士学业和职业生涯的指导;国家和社会要强化职教硕士就业保障制度、营造积极的社会认同氛围。
Professional identity is the key factor affecting students' academic performance and personnel training.Based on grounded theory,this paper conducts semi-structured interviews with 21 VET masters from two colleges in H Province,and constructs a model of“Influencing Factors of Professional Identity of VET Masters”.The model shows that the psychological expectation of masters of vocational education,inside and outside environment of graduate school,employment cognition and emotion,the comprehensive strength of school personnel training directly affect professional identity.The external environment of graduate school and the comprehensive strength of personnel training of VET masters also indirectly affect professional identity through employment cognition and emotion.To enhance the professional identity of masters of vocational education,masters of vocational education should form their identity consciousness and plan their future career consciously;vocational education training units should enhance their comprehensive training strength and strengthen their guidance for masters of vocational education's studies and career;the state and society should strengthen the employment guarantee system for masters of vocational education and create a positive atmosphere of social identity.
