摘要
对经超声波探伤发现存在密集点缺陷的5083铝合金板材进行化学成分、低倍组织、断口组织和显微组织分析,确定了缺陷性质,为超声波探伤发现的缺陷波形定性提供了依据,为工艺改进提供了参考。
Based on the analysis of chemical composition,macrostructure,fracture structure and microstructure of 5083 aluminium alloy plate with dense spot defects found by ultrasonic inspection,the defect properties were determined,which provided a basis for the qualitative waveform of defects found by ultrasonic inspection,and provided a reference for process improvement.
