摘要
针对鞍钢Q460E中厚板钢板存在的探伤缺陷问题,采取扫描电镜成分分析、夹渣物检验、酸蚀低倍检验等方法,分析了连铸和模铸钢板中夹渣和裂纹缺陷的产生原因,并制定了改进措施。通过对比、归类国内外中厚板产品主要探伤标准,将探伤缺陷分为八个质量等级。统计改进前后各质量等级钢板占比,得出最优质量等级钢板占比显著上升,钢板内部质量明显提高。
In allusion to the problem that detects existed in the Q460E medium steel plates by flaw detection by Ansteel,the causes leading to the defects of entrapped slag and cracks in continuously casting steel plates and moulded casting steel plates were analyzed by means of SEM composition analysis,inspecting entrapped slag inclusions and macroscopic examination in a way of acid pickling,and the improvement measures were formulated.By comparing and classifying the main standards for medium steel plates by flaw detection at home and abroad,the defects by flaw detection were classified into eight quality grades.According to the statistics of the proportions of steel plates with different quality grades before and after the implementation of the improvement measures,it was concluded that the proportion of steel plates with the best quality grade increased significantly,and the internal quality of steel plates improved remarkably.
