摘要
导电相配比应当在材料由绝缘突变到导电的渗流阈值附近,本体系中渗流阈值在13%左右。为解决海面大面积防护需求,针对远红外波段烟幕干扰技术难题,以锡盐和锑盐为主要原材料,采用溶胶凝胶工艺,通过溶胶、胶连、硼化物导电粉体包覆等技术手段,在化学干燥剂和无定型硅胶连作用下,通过常压干燥法,经一定热处理工艺控制,制备出抗红外烟幕干扰气凝胶包覆导电粉体的轻质陶瓷材料。结果表明,陶瓷粉体具备气凝胶孔隙结构且具有良好的红外遮蔽/干扰效果,8~14μm远红外波段透过率<10%,有效干扰时间>50 s。在红外烟幕干扰方面,较现役石墨粉和铜粉具有更优的使用性能。
in order to solve the surface of the large area protection requirements,in view of the far infrared wave band smoke screen jamming technology problem,tin and antimony salt salt as the main raw material,using sol gel process,by sol and gel,boride conductive powder coated and other technical means,under the effect of chemical desiccant and amorphous silica gel,by atmospheric pressure drying method,after a certain heat treatment process control,a light ceramic material resistant to infrared smoke screen interference of aerogel coated conductive powder was prepared.The results show that the ceramic powder has aerogel pore structure and good infrared shielding/interference effect,the transmittance of 8~14μm far-infrared band is less than 10%,and the effective interference time is more than 50 s.Compared with graphite powder and copper powder,it has better performance in infrared smoke screen interference.
