摘要
以山西三元煤矿3^(#)煤层开采过程为例,提出覆岩离层分区隔离充填技术控制地面沉降的思路,对其技术原理展开分析研究,并对关键层和离层进行确定;进而从注水预压裂、压力降低、负压及低压注浆、压力升高及持压等方面对采动覆岩离层注浆控制地面沉降的实施过程展开分析。结果表明,覆岩离层分区隔离充填技术能提高煤炭资源采出率,较好地解决压煤问题,还可以控制上覆岩层垮塌及地面降沉形变,确保矿区结构物及构筑物的安全,实现矿区可持续发展。
Taking the mining process of the 3^(#)coal seam in Sanyuan Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,the idea of controlling ground subsidence through the zoning and isolation filling technology of overlying strata separation layer was proposed,the technical principles were analyzed and studied,and the key layers and separation layers were determined.Furthermore,an analysis was conducted on the implementation process of controlling ground settlement through injection pre-fracturing,pressure reduction,negative and low-pressure grouting,pressure increase,and holding pressure in the separation layer grouting of mining overlying strata.The results show that the separation and filling technology of overlying strata can improve the coal resource recovery rate,effectively solve the problem of coal pressure,control the collapse of overlying strata and ground subsidence deformation,ensure the safety of mining area structures and constructions,and achieve sustainable development of mining areas.
