摘要
为了解决葫芦素煤矿煤矸石量过大以及地表沉陷问题,采用煤矸石覆岩离层注浆充填绿色开采技术对关键层进行充填。基于关键层判别理论,确定了21404综采工作面上覆亚关键层1为注浆目标区域,通过14个间距为160 m的注浆钻孔,有效控制地表最大下沉量至85.89 mm。地表下沉稳定的同时,实现了对煤矸石的大量消耗,是平衡煤矸石产出消耗的重要手段。
In order to solve the problem of excessive amount of coal gangue and surface subsidence in Hulusu Coal Mine,the green mining technology of gangue grouting filling in the separated overlying strata was adopted to fill the key layers.Based on the critical layer discrimination theory,the sub critical layer 1 overlying the 21404 fully-mechanized mining face was determined as the grouting target area.Through 14 grouting boreholes with a spacing of 160 m,the maximum surface subsidence was effectively controlled to be 85.89 mm.While the surface subsidence was stable,it achieved a large consumption of coal gangue,which is an important means of balancing the output and consumption of coal gangue.
