摘要
在机械化开采工艺水平不断提高的背景下,矿企应做好开采技术的升级。中煤塔山煤矿3^(#)~5^(#)厚煤层的开采中,为了减少矿采作业量,决定对综合机械化放顶煤工艺进行应用研究。对主采30501工作面基本地质进行了概述,从作业面巷道布置、采煤流程设计、采煤流程要点、工艺设备配套等方面出发完善放顶煤开采方案。分析了顶板支护工作,目的是保证放顶煤开采安全。最后,对综合机械化放顶煤工艺的实际应用效果进行了讨论,其综合回采率为91%,经济性、安全性较高。
Under the background of the continuous improvement of mechanized mining technology,mining enterprises should do a good job in the upgrading of mining technology.In the mining of 3^(#)-5^(#)thick coal seam in Tashan Coal Mine,in order to reduce the amount of mining work,it was decided to study the application of fully-mechanized top coal caving technology.The basic geology of the main mining 30501 working face was summarized,and the mining scheme of top caving coal was improved from the aspects of roadway layout,coal mining process design,key points of coal mining process and supporting process equipment.The roof support work was analyzed in order to ensure the safety of top coal caving mining.Finally,the practical application effect of fully-mechanized top coal caving technology was discussed.The comprehensive recovery rate was 91%,and the economy and safety were high.
