摘要
为了分析松散煤层安全采掘设置防砂煤柱方案的可行性,运用数值分析模拟西山煤矿3煤层综合机械化放顶煤开采条件下覆岩变形破坏特征,根据矿区经验公式和有关规程,计算垮落带高度以及防砂安全煤岩柱高度,分析结果表明:3煤层防砂安全煤岩柱的高度依次是5区43.6 m、6区43.0 m以及8区46.1 m,8采区3上煤层防砂安全煤岩柱为26.1 m,开采面留设防砂安全煤岩柱方法是安全可行的。
In order to analyze the feasibility of setting sand control coal pillar scheme for safe mining of loose coal seam,the deformation and failure characteristics of overburden rock under the comprehensive mechanized top coal caving mining condition of 3 coal seams in Xishan Coal Mine were simulated by numerical analysis.The caving zone height and sand control safety coal pillar height were calculated according to the empirical formula of mining area and relevant regulations.The analysis results show that:3.The height of sand control safety coal pillar in coal seam is 43.6m in Zone 5,43.0m in zone 6 and 46.1m in zone 8.The sand control safety coal pillar in upper coal seam of mining zone 3 is 26.1m,and the method of setting sand control safety coal pillar on mining surface is safe and feasible.
