临空回采巷道注浆锚索锚注分析及变形控制研究

摘要 针对伊田煤业2205工作面回风巷道受采动影响矿压显现剧烈等问题,通过现场工程试验、理论分析,研究了回风巷道围岩在时间和空间上的高度、宽度变化规律,得到了采动影响下回采巷道矿压显现规律,分析了采动影响下巷道围岩注浆锚索锚注体力学参数,揭示了采动影响下回采巷道围岩注浆支护影响因素及作用机制。根据巷道围岩受采动影响的特点,提出采取锚索注浆来改善巷道围岩应力,现场试验表明,对回风巷道利用注浆锚索支护后,巷道围岩收敛变形明显降低,可满足安全生产要求,为采动影响下回采巷道围岩控制提供了实践和理论依据。 Aiming at the problems of severe mine pressure in the return air roadway of No.2205 Face of Yitian Coal Industry,through field engineering test and theoretical analysis,the variation law of height and width of surrounding rock in return air roadway in time and space was studied,and the law of mine pressure in mining roadway under the influence of mining was obtained.The mechanical parameters of grouting anchor cable and grouting body of surrounding rock of roadway under the influence of mining were analyzed,and the influencing factors and mechanism of grouting support of surrounding rock of mining roadway under the influence of mining were revealed.According to the characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway affected by mining,it was proposed to adopt anchor cable grouting to improve the stress of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The field test showed that the convergence deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was obviously reduced after using the grouting anchor cable support for the return air roadway,which could meet the requirements of safe production and provide practical and theoretical basis for the control of the surrounding rock of the mining roadway under the influence of mining.
