工作面末采阶段强动压影响回采巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘要 合理的巷道围岩控制参数可以有效保障工作面回采巷道围岩的稳定性,对煤矿安全生产、提高经济效益具有重要作用。晋能控股煤业集团永定庄煤业有限责任公司8103工作面在末采阶段因为片帮问题出现末采困难,其相邻的8102工作面回采末期也可能经历此项问题。鉴于此,采用数值模拟方法对比了8102工作面初采和末采期间巷道围岩的变形情况,制定了工作面回采末期巷道围岩的注浆加固方案,经现场实践检验:采用注浆加固方案后,8102工作面回采末期巷道顶底板移进量为243mm,两帮移进量为368mm;巷道顶板深基点离层量为25mm,浅基点离层量为40 mm,巷道围岩位移情况满足安全规程的要求。 Reasonable control parameters of roadway surrounding rock can effectively guarantee the stability of roadway surrounding rock in working face,which plays an important role in coal mine safety production and improving economic benefits.The 8103 working face of Yongdingzhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has difficulty in final mining due to the problem of rib spalling,and the adjacent 8102 working face may also experience this problem at the end of mining.In view of this,the numerical simulation method is used to compare the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway during the initial mining and final mining of the 8102 working face,and the grouting reinforcement scheme of the surrounding rock of the roadway at the end of the working face is formulated.After the field practice test,the displacement of the top and bottom plates of the roadway at the end of the mining period of the 8102 working face was 243 mm,and the displacement of the two sides was 368 mm;The separation amount of the deep base point of the roadway roof is 25 mm,and the separation amount of the shallow base point is 40 mm;the displacement of surrounding rock of roadway meets the requirements of safety regulations.
