摘要
目的探究峨眉伤科特色脊柱整复手法在青少年脊柱亚健康态干预中的效果。方法选取2018年6月—2023年5月本院接诊的13~16岁的青少年患者117例为研究对象,对其运用峨眉伤科脊柱整复手法,并结合红外热成像评估技术对其展开研究。比较治疗前后脊柱热图评价指标以及主客观症状评分指标。结果治疗后,研究对象的脊柱红外热图符合率均较治疗前得到了提高;主观体验及对应脊柱亚健康态的不适感觉得到了明显改善。结论峨眉伤科脊柱整复手法在提升研究对象生活质量和改善脊柱功能方面取得了较为满意的临床疗效。
In this paper,from June 2018 to May 2023,the author applied the spinal rehabilitation technique of Emei Traumatology Department and combined with infrared thermal imaging evaluation technology to conduct observation and research on the adolescent population aged 13 to 16 years old who received outpatient treatment,and compared the evaluation indicators of spinal heat map and subjective and objective symptom scoring indicators before and after treatment.The evaluation of the infrared thermal map of the spine of the subjects was improved.The subjective experience and discomfort corresponding to the spinal subhealth state were significantly improved.Conclusion The efficacy of spinal rectification technique in regulating qi and regulating qi also further explained the"qi depression into fire"and alleviated the subjective discomfort symptoms of the study subjects,reflecting its effectiveness and therapeutic value in improving the quality of life of the study subjects and improving spinal function,and achieved a more satisfactory clinical effect.
