“食品安全监督管理学”课程思政元素的挖掘与教学设计

摘要 “食品安全监督管理学”是高校食品相关专业的一门理论和应用兼备的专业课程,属于核心专业课程。从传承中华优秀传统文化、严防严管严控食品安全风险、弘扬新时代科学家精神、提升法治意识和法治素养等方面深入挖掘课程思政元素,从课前导学环节、课堂教学环节、课后拓展环节等方面设计课程思政教学示例,旨在调动学生学习主动性,拓宽学生视野,提高学生运用食品安全监督管理学的基本原理分析和解决实际问题的综合能力,提高理论和实践教学效果,提升食品科学类专业人才培养质量。 The course entitled“Food Safety Supervision and Management”is a theoretical and applied professional course for those pursuing a major in food-related subjects at colleges and universities.It is a core professional course.The course ideology and politics have been examined from a number of perspectives,including the transmission of Chinese traditional culture,the prevention and control of food safety risks,the advancement of the scientific spirit in the contemporary era,and the enhancement of legal awareness and literacy.The course ideology and politics teaching examples have been designed from the perspectives of pre-course orientation,classroom teaching,and post-course extension.These are intended to encourage students to take the initiative in their learning,to expand their knowledge base,and to enhance their ability to analyze and solve practical problems by applying the fundamental principles of food safety supervision and management.The objective is to stimulate students’motivation to learn,to expand their knowledge base,to enhance their ability to analyze and solve practical problems by applying the fundamental principles of food safety supervision and management,to optimize the efficacy of theoretical and practical instruction,and to elevate the calibre of talent cultivation for those pursuing a major in food science.
