摘要
利用无氧气参与下,氢氧化钠碱性溶液中葡萄糖还原亚甲基蓝的微量流动相反应,验证了该反应符合一级化学反应的特征。25℃时化学反应的平均速率常数是0.00358 s^(-1),推算出反应的活化能约为67.06 kJ·mol^(-1)。利用改进后的简易仪器,探究了一种适合中学推广的更加直观的微型化实验。
The trace flow reaction of methylene blue was reduced by glucose in sodium hydroxide alkaline solution without the participation of oxygen,which proved that the reaction was consistent with the characteristics of first-order chemical reaction.The average rate constant of the chemical reaction at 25℃was 0.00358 s^(-1),and the activation energy of the reaction was calculated to be about 67.06 kJ·mol^(-1).Using the improved simple instrument,a more intuitive and miniaturized experiment suitable for high school popularization was explored.
