摘要
为增强煤矿巷道安全性,提高注浆效果,试验制备了一种膨胀注浆材料,并设计正交试验,研究其最佳配比及性能。结果表明,膨胀注浆材料的最佳参数配比为高性能混凝土膨胀剂(HCSA)掺量8%、三乙醇胺(TEA)复配早强剂掺量4%、聚羧酸减水剂掺量0.9%。在最佳参数配比下,试验分别采用膨胀注浆材料和水灰比0.6的纯水泥进行破碎围岩加固试验,在养护7、28 d时,破碎围岩膨胀注浆材料加固试件的单轴抗压强度分别达到16.245、33.147 MPa,对比围岩初始强度,恢复系数分别是0.26、0.53,优于破碎围岩纯水泥加固试件。
In order to enhance the safety of coal mine tunnels and improve the grouting effect,an expansion grouting material was prepared in this experiment,and orthogonal experiments were designed to study its optimal ratio and performance.The results showed that the optimal parameter ratio of expanded grouting materials was 8%of high-performance concrete expansion agent(HCSA),4%of triethanolamine(TEA)and 0.9%of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer.Under the optimal parameter ratio,the expansion grouting material and pure cement with water-cement ratio of 0.6 were used to carry out the reinforcement test of crushing surrounding rock.At the curing of 7 and 28 days,the uniaxial compressive strength of the broken surrounding rock reinforced by expansion grouting materials reached 16.245 MPa and 33.147 MPa,respectively.Compared with the initial strength of the surrounding rock,the Coefficient of restitution was 0.26 and 0.53,respectively,which were superior to the broken surrounding rock reinforced by pure cement.
