摘要 聚氨酯注浆材料在注浆过程中,会伴随着化学反应的进行,释放大量的热,同时,聚氨酯发泡也会影响其抗压强度,因此,需要研究聚氨酯材料的抗压强度、最高反应温度、发泡倍数与聚氨酯成分的关系。本文以正交实验为基础,对所制备注浆材料的反应释热温度、力学性能、发泡性能等指标进行测定,分析了聚醚多元醇、催化剂、表面活性剂等因素对所制化学浆液抗压强度、发泡倍数、反应温度性能和凝胶时间的影响,制备出一种兼顾抗压强度和发泡倍数的孔洞充填型有机注浆材料。 During the grouting process of polyurethane grouting materials,a large amount of heat will be released along with the progress of chemical reaction.At the same time,polyurethane foaming will also affect its compressive strength.Therefore,it is necessary to study the compressive strength and maximum reaction temperature of polyurethane materials,the relationship between foaming ratio and polyurethane composition.In this paper,based on orthogonal experiments,the reaction heat release temperature,mechanical properties,foaming properties and other indicators of grouting materials were measured,and the factors such as polyether polyols,catalysts,and surfactants were analyzed.The effects of chemical slurry reinforcement on compressive strength,foaming ratio,reaction temperature properties and gel time were used to prepare a hole-filling organic grouting material that takes into account both compressive strength and foaming ratio.
