工程造价对建筑用胶自制改性选材及性能的影响

The influence of project cost on the self-made modified materials and performance of construction adhesives

摘要 基于工程造价对建筑用胶自制、改性、选材、制备以及粘接结构件的拉伸性能、弯曲性能和热学性能的要求,考察了添加高温固化剂、发烟二氧化硅和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物对建筑用胶拉伸性能、弯曲性能和热学性能的影响。结果表明,添加EVA的胶粘剂具有较高的断裂伸长率、以及较高的玻璃化转变温度。乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物-环氧树脂胶粘剂的拉伸强度58.07 MPa、拉伸模量2.32 GPa、断裂伸长率3.90%、弯曲强度100.28 MPa和弯曲模量2.24 GPa,且具有较高的玻璃化转变温度118.69℃,在建筑施工中应用有望降低工程造价,具有良好应用前景。 Based on the requirements of the project cost on the tensile properties,bending properties and thermal properties of the self-made,modified,material selection,preparation and bonding structural parts of the construction adhesive,the effects of adding high-temperature curing agent,fuming silica and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer on the tensile properties,bending properties and thermal properties of the construction adhesive were investigated.The results showed that the adhesive with EVA had higher elongation at break and higher glass transition temperature.The tensile strength of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-epoxy resin adhesive was 58.07 MPa,the tensile modulus was 2.32 GPa,the elongation at break was 3.90%,the flexural strength was 100.28 MPa and the flexural modulus was 2.24 GPa,and it had a high glass transition temperature of 118.69℃.The application in building construction is expected to reduce the project cost and has a good application prospect.
