当堂对分教学模式在医学院校心理治疗技能训练中的应用

摘要 对分课堂是由复旦大学张学新教授2014年提出的本土化教学改革创新成果,已经在全国各级各类学科推广使用。该教学法多运用于理论课教学,在心理治疗类实训课教学中的应用较为少见。本研究以医学院校心理治疗技能训练课为例,运用当堂对分教学模式,针对“认知-行为治疗技术”(Cognitive Behavior Therapy:CBT)的实训内容进行教学方法改革,取得了较为满意的效果。本研究发现,当堂对分实训模式能提升本科生使用CBT进行心理治疗的专业能力和自我效能感,学生对该实训模式的教学效果满意度较高。本研究结果也进一步验证了当堂对分教学模式应用于实训课教学的可行性和必要性,为实训类课程的教学改革提供了案例借鉴。 PADD class,proposed by Professor Zhang Xuexin from Fudan University in 2014,is a localized innovation in teaching reform that has been widely promoted and used across various levels and disciplines nationwide.This teaching method is mainly used in theoretical courses and is less commonly applied in psychotherapy training courses.This study,focusing on psychotherapy skill training courses in medical college,explores the application of the in-class PADD teaching model during Cognitive Behavior Therapy;CBT;training courses and has achieved satisfactory results.Research findings indicate that the in-class PADD teaching model can improve undergraduate students’psychotherapy skills and self-efficacy.They also show a high level of satisfaction with the teaching effectiveness.The results of this research further validate the feasibility and necessity of applying the in-class PADD class to training courses,and providing a valuable reference for enhancing the effectiveness and quality of psychotherapy training course.
