摘要
政治传播研究倾向于认为政治知识能预测积极的政治参与。基于我国青少年的日常实践,探讨时政知识获取自我效能感在线下参与中的心理干预效应以回应这一假设。通过中国三省份初高中生的多阶段抽样,检验青少年政治知识获取自我效能感的主要来源及其与线下公共参与的关系。研究发现,对时政信息感兴趣并采取更积极媒体接触行为的青少年,其时政知识获取自我效能感较高,但这一影响相对家庭社会经济因素而言较小。这一效能感对线下公共参与形成重要心理影响,自我时政知识获取效能感更高的青少年更积极参与线下公共议题的讨论,但更少直接参与社会治理行动;相反,低时政知识获取自我效能感的青少年体现出更高的行动性。弥合青少年在时政知识获取和公共参与中的行动差异,应为未来公民教育的重点。
The field of political communication research has traditionally assumed a positive correlation between political knowledge and political participation.This paper responds to the aforementioned hypothesis by exploring the psychological intervention effects of current political knowledge acquisition self-efficacy in offline participation,based on the daily practices of adolescents in China.This paper employs a multi-stage sample of junior and senior high school students from three provinces in China to examine the primary sources of adolescents’political knowledge acquisition self-efficacy and its relationship with offline public participation.The findings indicate that adolescents who demonstrate an inclination towards current political information and engage with media in a more active manner tend to exhibit higher levels of current political knowledge acquisition self-efficacy.However,this effect is relatively modest in comparison to the influence of family socioeconomic factors.This sense of efficacy had a significant psychological impact on offline public engagement,with adolescents who exhibited higher self-efficacy for current political knowledge acquisition demonstrating greater active engagement in offline discussions about public issues but less direct involvement in social governance actions.Conversely,adolescents who demonstrated lower self-efficacy for current political knowledge acquisition exhibited higher levels of activism.It is imperative that future civic education initiatives address the discrepancy between adolescents’current affairs knowledge acquisition and their engagement in public participation.
