摘要
目的 分析肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎治疗中采用中药加味审平汤与常规治疗联合治疗的疗效。方法 随机选取2022年12月—2023年12月兖矿新里程总医院收治的60例过敏性鼻炎(肺脾气虚型)患者作为研究对象。根据不同治疗方法,将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例,分别实施常规治疗、中药加味审平汤联合常规治疗。比较两组的症状积分、治疗有效率和炎症因子水平。结果 治疗后,研究组症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705;P=0.030)。结论 中药加味审平汤联合常规治疗肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎疗效较好,可帮助有效抑制炎症因子,改善疾病症状,利于疾病转归。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified Shenping decoction combined with routine treatment in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen qi deficiency type) admitted to Yankuang New Journey General Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.Routine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine modified Shenping decoction combined with routine treatment were carried out respectively.The symptom scores,treatment efficiency and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705;P=0.030).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine modified Shenping decoction combined with routine treatment of lung and spleen qi deficiency type allergic rhinitis has a good effect,which can help effectively inhibit inflammatory factors,improve disease symptoms,and facilitate disease outcome.
