摘要
本文从发病机制、一线及二线药物治疗、特异性免疫治疗及手术治疗等方面对《中国变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南(2022年,修订版)》(简称新修版指南)进行了解读,并与《变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南(2015年,天津)》(简称2015年版指南)进行对比,列举出新修版指南的补充、修订之处,以便临床医师能够更有效地理解新修版指南的亮点,促进新修版指南在临床的推广和应用。
This document makes an interpretation on the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis(2022,revision)by addressing the pathophysiology,first-line and second-line pharmacologic treatment,allergen-specific immunotherapy and surgical intervention of allergic rhinitis(AR).By comparing with the old version of AR guidelines(2015),the document highlights the newly revised part of AR guideline to help the clinicians to better understand the revision and promote the clinical use of new AR guidelines.
