四新理念下实验教学改革新路径和创新人才培养新模式探索

Exploration of New Path for Experimental Teaching Reform and New Model for Innovative Talent Cultivation under the Four New Concept

摘要 科技革命的推进和国际竞争的加剧,使高等教育面临着全新的挑战。为了适应经济社会的发展需求,教育部提出了“四新”建设,即新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科建设,旨在推动高校课程改革以及专业设置、教学模式、师资队伍等方面的创新。在这一背景下,实验教学作为高校人才培养的重要环节,也需要进行深入的探索和改革,以适应社会发展和科技进步的需要,提高实验教学质量和效果,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才。此文从“四新”理念出发,提出了一些可能的实验教学改革方案和建议。 With the intensification of scientific and technological revolution and international competition,higher education is facing challenges in the quality and ability of talent cultivation.In order to meet the needs of economic and social development,the Ministry of Education proposed the“Four New”construction,namely new engineering,new medicine,new agriculture,and new liberal arts con-struction,aiming to promote innovation in curriculum reform,professional setting,teaching mode,faculty team and so on in colleges and universities.In this context,experimental teaching as an important link in talent cultivation in colleges and universities also needs to be explored and reformed deeply.Experimental teaching reform is a series of educational reform activities carried out to adapt to the needs of social development and scientific and technological progress,improve the quality and effect of experimental teaching,and cul-tivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.This paper started from the“Four New”concept,analyzes the problems and opportunities faced by experimental teaching reform,and put forward some possible solutions and suggestions.
