摘要
目的分析优化抢救流程护理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年2月—2024年2月莆田九十五医院收治的79例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为两组,对照组(n=39)采用常规护理干预,研究组(n=40)采用优化抢救流程护理干预。比较两组血糖控制时间、酸中毒纠正时间、护理满意度、并发症发生率、负面情绪。结果研究组血糖控制时间、酸中毒纠正时间均短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论优化抢救流程护理干预可以改善患者的血糖情况,纠正其酸中毒时间,改善其不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,且护理满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of optimized rescue process nursing in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 79 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Putian 95th Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=39)was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the study group(n=40)was treated with optimized rescue process nursing intervention.The blood glucose control time,acidosis correction time,nursing satisfaction,complication rate and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose control time and acidosis correction time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications,Self-rating Anxiety Scale score and Self-rating Depression Scale score were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized rescue process nursing intervention can improve the patient's blood glucose,correct the acidosis time,improve their bad mood,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
