摘要
目的探讨主动脉球囊反搏术后患者使用低容量高强度间歇运动联合肺康复治疗的影响。方法选择2021年6月-2023年9月在河南省人民医院治疗的主动脉球囊反搏术后患者104例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组。对照组采用肺康复治疗,观察组联合低容量高强度间歇运动。对比两组患者肺功能指标、心功能指标、负性情绪、生活质量以及并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰值流速(PEFR)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、情感、社会功能以及心理健康方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论对主动脉球囊反搏术的患者采用低容量高强度间歇运动联合肺康复干预,能显著改善心肺功能,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the impact of low-volume high-intensity interval exercise combined with pulmonary rehabilitation on patients after intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP)support.Methods A total of 104 patients who underwent IABP support and were treated at Henan Provincial People's Hospital between June 2021 and September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group received pulmonary rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received low-volume high-intensity interval exercise in combination with pulmonary rehabilitation.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of lung function indicators,cardiac function indicators,negative emotions,quality of life,and complication rates.Results After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly higher forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)than the control group(P<0.05),as well as significantly lower left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)(P<0.05).The observation group also had significantly lower Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,the observation group scored higher in physical functioning,emotional well-being,social functioning,and mental health(P<0.05).Additionally,the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-volume high-intensity interval exercise combined with pulmonary rehabilitation intervention for patients after IABP support can significantly improve cardiopulmonary function and promote patient recovery.
