摘要
将5种不同宽度的杨木刨花按不同比例混合,按照常规生产工艺制造定向刨花板(Oriented Strand Board, OSB),探究了不同刨花宽度组合对板材热传导、吸水厚度膨胀率、线性膨胀率的影响,并考察了热传导与MOR、MOE、IB、气压的关系。结果表明:不同宽度、不同比例的刨花显著影响了OSB的热传导和尺寸稳定性,热传导与IB有相关性,与MOR、MOE、气压无相关性。研究结果揭示了刨花宽度组合对OSB制备过程中热传导和板材尺寸稳定性的影响机制,为进一步提高OSB产品质量,提高资源利用率,减少人造板生产碳足迹和降低生产成本提供了依据,也对优化其他树种的OSB生产工艺具有一定的指导意义。
In this experiment,five types of poplar wood strands with different widths were mixed in different proportions to manufacture OSB according to a conventional OSB production process.The effects of different strand width combinations on the heat conduction,water absorption,thickness expansion rate,and linear expansion rate of the board were studied.The relationship between heat conduction and modulus of rupture(MOR),modulus of elasticity(MOE),internal bonding strength(IB),and barometric pressure were also explored.The results showed that the heat conduction and dimensional stability of OSB were significantly affected by different widths and different proportions of strands.The heat conduction was correlated with IB,but not with MOR,MOE,and barometric pressure.This study revealed the influence mechanism of strand width combination on heat conduction and sheet dimensional stability during OSB preparation,which provided data for further improving the quality of OSB products,improving resource utilization,reducing the carbon footprint of wood-based panel production and production costs.It also provided reference for optimizing the OSB production process with other tree species.
