摘要
本文采用Biolog-ECO技术研究不同株高巨菌草对其根际土壤微生物群落代谢功能多样性的影响,采集辽宁省营口市4 m及1 m高的巨菌草根际土壤与非根际土壤为试验样品,并分析其微生物群落代谢功能多样性。结果显示,平均颜色变化率以及多样性指数从大到小顺序均为4 m高巨菌草>1 m高巨菌草>对照组。主成分分析显示,4-羟基苯甲酸、1-磷酸葡萄糖与主成分1具有较高正相关性,衣康酸与主成分2具有较高正相关性。根际微生物群落代谢功能多样性从大到小顺序为4 m高巨菌草>1 m高巨菌草>对照组,主要表现在改善根际土壤微生物群落的种类丰富度和代谢类型,以及提高以氨基酸类和胺类为主的各类碳源的利用能力方面。
To explore the metabolic functional diversity of the rhizosphere microbial community of different JUJUNCAO heights in Yingkou City,Liaoning Province.Rhizosphere soil of 4-metre-high JUJUNCAO and 1-metre-high JUJUNCAO and soil of bare land as control soil were taken and the functional diversity of microbial community were analyzed.The results indicated that AWCD and the diversity index were in the order of 4-metre-high>1-metre-high>control group,from highest to lowest.The principal component analysis showed that 4-hydroxy benzoic acid and Glucose-1-phosphate and PC1 had a high positive correlation,while Itaconic acid had high positive correlation with PC2.Therefore,the results showed that the metabolic functional diversity of the rhizosphere microbial community was:4-metre-high JUJUNCAO>1-metre-high JUJUNCAO>control group,which was primarily manifested in improving the richness and metabolic types of soil microbial communities in the rhizosphere,and in improving the utilization capacity of the overall carbon source dominated by amino acids and amines.
