摘要
本文通过分析吐哈油田温西一储气库水平井二开钻井情况,总结盖层段井径超标原因,开展优化承压程序、个性化钻头选型、钻井液性能优化、钻井过程控制等优化措施试验,有效解决了该储气库三开水平井盖层段井径扩大率超标的问题。
This paper analyzes the drilling situation of the second phase of horizontal wells in the Wenxi-1 gas storage reservoir of the Tuha Oil field.It summarizes the causes of the excessive wellbore diameter in the cap rock section and conducts experiments on optimization measures such as pressure-bearing program optimization,personalized drill bit selection,drilling fluid performance optimization,and drilling process control.These measures effectively addressed the issue of excessive wellbore diameter expansion in the cap rock section of the third phase of horizontal wells in this gas storage reservoir.
