贵州省贞丰县金矿勘查小口径定向分支钻进技术

摘要 贵州省贞丰县者相二金矿勘查是贵州省重点矿产资源大精查项目之一,该金矿设计的ZK61724孔因位于某Ⅰ级水源保护区内而无法施工。为解决该问题,采用“小口径定向分支钻进技术”,从邻近的ZK61708孔内实施定向分支孔,由地下深处侧向钻进至ZK61724孔目的层,精确命中靶区,达到勘查目的。在贵州省中硬岩地层开展小口径定向分支钻进试验研究,取得以下成果:(1)钻头选型:侧钻分支开窗阶段使用表镶金刚石钻头效果最优,增斜稳斜钻进阶段使用平底PDC钻头效果最优;(2)造斜工具弯度选择:侧钻分支开窗阶段选用1.5°~2°弯外管效果最好,增斜稳斜钻进阶段采用有线随钻测量时选用1°~1.5°弯外管效果最好,采用无线随钻测量时选用0.5°~1°弯外管效果最好;(3)使用绳索取心钻杆,安全造斜强度控制阈值为6°/30 m;(4)电磁波无线随钻测量仪性能稳定,有线光纤陀螺随钻测量仪减震机构有待改良完善。小口径定向分支钻进技术能促进勘查理念和方式的革新进步,从源头上落实绿色勘查少破坏的理念,有效节约钻探成本。本文阐述小口径定向钻进的技术要点,可为该技术的推广应用提供借鉴。 The Zhexiang No.2 gold mine in Zhenfeng County is one of the large precision exploration projects of key mineral resources in Guizhou Province.During the implementation of the drilling project,the designed well ZK61724 cannot be constructed because it is located in the Class I water source protection zone.In order to solve this problem,the"small-bore directional branch hole drilling technology"was used to implement directional branch holes from the adjacent well ZK61708,which sidetracked to the target stratum of well ZK61724,and finally drilled accurately to the target point.The following results have been obtained through small-bore directional branch drilling test in middle-hard strata of Guizhou Province.(1)For bit types,the use of diamond-mounted bit in branch window sidedrilling stage has realized the best effect,and the use of flat-bottom PDC bit in incline stabilization stage has the most ideal effect.(2)For the bending degree of bending tools,in the window sidetracking stage,the best results can be obtained by using 1.5°~2°bending outer pipe;in the increasing and stabilizing inclination drilling stage,the best results can be achieved by using 1°~1.5°bending outer pipe with wireline MWD tools,so as for 0.5°~1°bending outer pipe with wireless MWD tools.(3)The control threshold of safe angle building hole rate is 6°/30 m when using a wireline core drill pipe.(4)The performance of the electromagnetic wave wireless MWD is stable,and the shock absorption structure of the wireline fiber optic gyro MWD needs to be improved.The small-bore directional branch hole drilling technology can promote the innovation and progress of exploration concepts and methods,implement the concept of green exploration and less damage from the source,and effectively save drilling costs.This paper describes the key points of small-bore directional branch hole drilling technology,which can provide reference for the popularization and application of this technology.
