摘要
目的分析、探究慢性根尖周炎根尖未闭合经口腔显微镜下生物陶瓷Iroot BP Plus联合热牙胶充填技术的治疗效果。方法选取我院口腔专科2020年3月至2021年3月期间收治的113例慢性根尖周炎根尖未闭合患者为研究对象,对患者进行分组,为不同病例组的患者实施不同的治疗,对比患者之间的临床疗效及炎性因子水平。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床过程中的操作时间并无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组术后疼痛现象的持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗两周后对比炎性因子水平后发现,两组炎性因子水平较治疗前均有降低,但观察组炎性因子水平更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论从临床治疗的综合效果来看,为慢性根尖周炎根尖未闭合患者实施经口腔显微镜下生物陶瓷IrootBPPlus联合热牙胶充填治疗不仅具有理想的治疗成效,且不会增加临床操作时间,减少了患者治疗后的疼痛持续时间,且可降低患者因炎性因子水平异常升高而出现感染的风险系数,具有在临床上进行推广及应用的价值。
Objective To analyze and investigate the therapeutic effects of bioceramic Iroot BP plus combined hot gutta percha filling technique under transoral microscope in chronic periapical periodontitis root apical not closed.Methods 113 patients with chronic apical periodontitis without apical closure treated in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital during the period 2020.3-2021.3 were selected for the study,the patients were grouped,different treatments were implemented for patients in different case groups,and the clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels were compared between patients.Results The clinical overall response rate was higher(P<0.05)in the observation group than in the control group;Operative time during the clinical course was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);The duration of postoperative pain phenomena in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the levels of inflammatory factors after two weeks of treatment,we found that the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,but the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions From the comprehensive effect of clinical treatment,implementation of the transoral microscopical bioceramic Iroot BP plus combined with hot tooth cement filling therapy for patients with chronic periapical periodontitis with apical non closure has not only desirable therapeutic achievements and does not increase the clinical operation time,reduce the pain duration of patients after treatment,but also may reduce the risk coefficient of patients developing infection due to abnormally elevated levels of inflammatory factors,It has the value of promoting and applying in clinic.
