摘要
人工智能已经成为引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力量,在未来有着更为广阔的应用前景。在数字时代,人工智能应用正逐渐成为推动法律工作现代化的关键力量,也成为推动法律普及和实现司法平等的重要力量。人工智能技术不仅局限于信息检索与文档处理,更是逐步渗透到法律咨询、案件管理、智能合约等方面。但自然语言处理(NLP)技术的不成熟、数据安全与隐私保护问题凸显、法律法规与政策监管有待完善、用户接受度不高等问题,明显制约着人工智能驱动的法律普及。文章结合具体案例,以促进技术赋权和司法平等为目的,就人工智能如何推动法律工作现代化,如何提高法律服务的可及性和易得性等提出了具体改进建议。
AI has become a vital driver for a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,with broader prospects in the future.In the digital era,AI is gradually becoming a key force in accelerating the modernization of law,as well as the popularization of law and judicial equality.AI is not limited to information retrieval and document processing,but also gradually penetrates into areas such as legal consultation,case management and smart contracts.However,factors such as the immaturity of natural language processing(NLP),data security and privacy protection issues,imperfect legal and policy regulations,and low user acceptance are clearly constraining the AI-enabled popularization of law.In order to further promote technological empowerment and judicial equality,the thesis puts forward solutions to how AI can boost the modernization of law and make legal services more accessible and available.
