摘要
目的分析糖尿病肾病患者采用参麦地黄汤治疗效果及肾功能的影响。方法选取厦门市同安区五显卫生院2021年1月至2023年8月就诊的80例糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入参麦地黄汤,对比组间血糖水平[空腹血糖(FBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)]、肾功能[血肌酐(Scr)、血尿氮素(BUN)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)]、临床疗效、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组FBG、HbA1c、2 h PBG水平更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Scr、BUN、UAER、TGF-β_(1)、NAG更低(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CRP、IL-6、MCP-1炎性因子水平更低(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者常规西医治疗中,加入参麦地黄汤,可有效改善其肾功能,降低患者血糖水平及炎性因子水平。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Shenmai Dihuang Decoction on diabetes nephropathy and the influence of renal function.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy who visited Tingxi Health Center in Tong'an District from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was added with Shenmai Dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood sugar levels[fasting blood sugar(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),postprandial blood sugar(2 h PBG)]were compared between the two groups.Renal function[serum creatinine(Scr),hematuria nitrogen(BUN),urinary protein excretion rate(UAER),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)],clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6).Results Before treatment,there were no differences in fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose between the groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 2 h PBG levels in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in Scr,BUN,UAER,TGF-β_(1) and NAG between the groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,Scr,BUN,UAER,TGF-β_(1) and NAG were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the levels of CRP,IL-6 and MCP-1 between the groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and MCP-1 inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions In the routine western medicine treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy,Shenmai Dihuang decoction has a remarkable therapeutic effe
