摘要
目的探讨磁共振动态增强和钼靶X线检查对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法选取2019年4月至2020年8月医院收治的120例乳腺良恶性病变患者,均行钼靶X线、磁共振动态增强(DCE-MRI)检查,以病理诊断为金标准,比较2种检查方法对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断效能。结果120例乳腺病变患者经病理诊断示良性66例、恶性54例;钼靶X线检查示乳腺病变良性52例、恶性68例;DCE-MRI检查示乳腺病变良性73例、恶性47例。DCE-MRI诊断的准确度、特异度及灵敏度高于钼靶X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺恶性病变DCE-MRI检查的形态不规则、强化不均匀及边界不清晰检出率高于良性病变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DCE-MRI检查较钼靶X线检查诊断乳腺良恶性病变的准确度更高、检出率更高,具有较好的临床诊断价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement and molybdenum target X-ray diagnosis in benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast lesions admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020,all of whom underwent dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)and molybdenum target X-ray examination.Based on pathological diagnosis,the diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods for benign and malignant breast lesions was analyzed and compared.Results Among the 120 cases of breast lesions,66 were diagnosed as benign and 54 were diagnosed as malignant through pathological examination;Molybdenum target X-ray examination revealed 52 cases of benign and 68 cases of malignant;DCE-MRI examination showed 73 cases of benign and 47 cases of malignant breast lesions.The accuracy,specificity,and sensitivity of DCE-MRI diagnosis were higher than those of mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of irregular morphology,uneven enhancement,and unclear boundaries in DCEMRI examination of malignant breast lesions was higher than that of the benign lesion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of DCE-MRI examination technology in benign and malignant breast lesions has significant effects,can effectively distinguish between benign and malignant diseases,obtain more intuitive and vivid signs,and provide a basis for clinical treatment planning,with high application value.
