摘要
基于新型模式动物-蜜蜂开展啤酒对肠道菌群及肠道代谢的研究,通过分析蜜蜂肠道表型相关指标、肠道菌群及肠道代谢物,明确啤酒对肠道菌群及肠道代谢的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,饲喂7天啤酒的蜜蜂肠动力显著增加,肠道p H显著降低(p<0.01);高通量测定肠道菌群及非靶向代谢组学检测肠道代谢结果显示,一定量的啤酒可显著提高Snodgrassella有益菌菌属的丰度,引起色氨酸、血清素等代谢物上调,促进色氨酸及α-亚麻酸代谢,具有加强肠道免疫及肠道消化作用。
The study of beer on intestinal flora and intestinal metabolism of honey bees was carried out based on a novel model animal,honey bee,to clarify the effects of beer on intestinal flora and intestinal metabolism by analyzing the indexes related to intestinal phenotypes,intestinal flora and intestinal metabolites of honey bees.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,the intestinal motility of bees fed beer for 7 days increased significantly,and the intestinal pH decreased significantly(p<0.01);the results of high-throughput determination of intestinal flora and non-targeted metabolomics detection of intestinal metabolism showed that a certain amount of beer significantly increased the abundance of Snodgrassella beneficial bacterial genera,causing up-regulation of metabolites such as tryptophan and serotonin,and promoting tryptophan andα-linolenic acid metabolism,with intestinal immunity and intestinal digestion effects.
