摘要
目的观察中医情志护理联合中药穴位贴敷用于无痛结肠镜检查术的临床效果。方法选择2023年4月至9月南昌大学第二附属医院行全身麻醉下行无痛电子结肠镜检查术的240例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各120例。对照组患者在行无痛结肠镜检查术过程中采用常规护理,研究组患者在对照组常规护理基础上采用中医情志护理联合术前1 h行中药穴位贴敷。记录并比较两组患者行无痛结肠镜检查术后24 h腹胀程度评分及24 h内腹胀发生情况和腹痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、胃肠道症状严重程度,同时比较两组患者术后24 h的睡眠质量情况以及患者满意度。结果干预后研究组患者术后24 h腹胀发生率低于对照组,腹胀程度评分、腹痛VAS评分、胃肠道症状评定量表(GSRS)评分均低于对照组,术后24 h睡眠质量优于对照组,总体满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理联合中药穴位贴敷可降低无痛结肠镜检查术患者术后腹痛及腹胀的发生率,减轻胃肠道症状,可有效提高患者术后24 h的睡眠质量以及患者满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese emotional nursing combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application for painless colonoscopy.Methods A total of 240 patients undergoing painless electronic colonoscopy under general anesthesia in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 120 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing during painless colonoscopy,and patients in the study group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with acupuncture point application 1 h before surgery on the basis of routine nursing in the control group.The degree of abdominal distension 24 h after painless colonoscopy,the occurrence of abdominal distension within 24 h,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of abdominal pain,and the severity of gastrointestinal symptoms of the two groups were recorded and compared.Meanwhile,the sleep quality and patient satisfaction 24 h after surgery of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the incidence of abdominal distension 24 h after surgery in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the abdominal distension degree score,abdominal pain VAS score and gastrointestinal symptoms rating scale(GSRS)score were all lower than those in the control group,the sleep quality 24 h after surgery was better than that in the control group,and the overall satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese emotional care combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application can reduce the incidence of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in patients with painless colonoscopy after surgery,alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms,and effectively improve the sleep quality and patient satisfaction 24 h after surgery.
