摘要
目的探讨基于认知-行为的心理护理对口腔种植修复患者心理状态、健康行为及护理满意度的影响。方法2022年9月至2023年9月在厦门弘爱医院行口腔种植修复治疗的88例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和心理护理组,每组44例。对照组接受口腔种植修复常规护理,心理护理组在对照组基础上接受基于认知-行为的心理护理。干预1个月后,比较两组患者的心理状态、健康行为及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者Stouthard牙科恐惧量表(DAI)、心理状态评估量表(MSSNS)、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)4个维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预1个月后,心理护理组的DAI、MSSNS评分分别低于对照组,自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自我责任感、自我概念等ESCA维度评分分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,心理护理组的护理满意度优于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于认知-行为的心理护理应用于口腔种植修复患者中,有助于优化其心理状态,增强健康行为,提升护理满意度,是一种理想的护理模式。
Objective To explore the effects of cognitive-behavioral psychological nursing on mental state,health behavior and nursing satisfaction of patients with oral implant restoration.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing oral implant restoration from September 2022 to September 2023 in Xiamen Humanity Hospital were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and psychological nursing group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing of oral implant restoration,and patients in the psychological nursing group received cognitive-behavioral psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of intervention,the psychological state,health behavior and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in Stouthard's dental anxiety inventory(DAI),mental state assessment scale(MSSNS)and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the DAI and MSSNS scores of the psychological nursing group were lower than those of the control group,while the ESCA scores of self-care skills,health knowledge level,self-responsibility and self-concept were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the nursing satisfaction of psychological nursing group was better than that of control group,and the total satisfaction was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive-behavioral psychological nursing is an ideal nursing model for patients with oral implant restoration,which can help to optimize their psychological state,enhance their health behavior and improve their nursing satisfaction.
