运输振动损伤对红细胞质量的影响

摘要 目的通过模拟不同运输振动环境,分析对红细胞质量的影响。方法选取2024年1月至5月赣州市中心血站的60份全血样本作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组,每组20份。A组正常存放不参与振动试验,经电磁振动试验系统模拟运输振动环境,通过参数设置使B组在山路运输状态,C组在高速公路运输状态,在振动30 min、1 h、2 h时分别留取血样,分别测定三组生化指标。结果样本存放3 d后进行不同振动时间检验,整体分析结果显示,三组的游离血红蛋白(FHb)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、红细胞溶血率指标时间、组间、交互作用比较,三组Na+指标时间、交互作用比较,K+指标组间、交互作用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。样本存放1周后进行不同振动时间检验,整体分析结果显示,三组FHb、LDH、红细胞溶血率指标时间、组间、交互作用比较,三组Na+指标时间、交互作用比较,K+指标组间、交互作用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红细胞质量可受到运输条件影响,振动程度越大,相应的影响作用越明显,与山路运输条件相比,高速公路运输更有利于保障红细胞质量。 Objective The effects of different transport vibration environments on the quality of red blood cells were analyzed.Methods A total of 60 whole blood samples from Ganzhou Central Blood Station from January to May 2024 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into group A,B and C according to random number table method,with 20 samples in each group.Group A was normally stored without participating in the vibration test,and the transportation vibration environment was simulated by the electromagnetic vibration test system.Through parameter setting,group B was transported on the mountain road and group C was transported on the expressway.Blood samples were taken respectively at 30 min,1 h and 2 h of vibration,and the three groups of biochemical indexes were measured respectively.Results Samples were stored for 3 d and tested for different vibration times.The overall analysis results showed that there were statistically significances in free hemoglobin(FHb),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),red blood cell hemolysis rate index time,inter-group and interaction comparison among the three groups,Na+index time and interaction comparison among the three groups,K+index and interaction comparison among the three groups(P<0.05).After the samples were stored for 1 week,the samples were tested for different vibration times,the overall analysis results showed that the FHb,LDH,red blood cell hemolysis rate indexes time,inter-group and interaction comparison among the three groups,the Na+index time and interaction comparison,and the K+index and interaction comparison among the three groups had statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of red blood cells can be affected by transportation conditions.The greater the vibration degree,the more obvious the effect is.Compared with mountain road transportation,the quality of red blood cells is better ensured by highway transportation.
