摘要
为研究在共同富裕进程下,如何推进高职乡村振兴产业学院的建设,探讨了产业学院的概念、乡村振兴政策、助学以及各类乡村振兴产业学院的支持政策。研究表明,建设乡村振兴产业学院需要依托地方政府、产业、企业等多方力量,按照共建、共管、共享的原则,建立多元共治的院校治理体系,体现农业、农村和农民办学要求,提升院校人才培养与乡村产业需求的对接度,提供高质量的教育和就业机会,并实现可持续发展。
The purpose of this paper is to study how to promote the construction of higher vocational rural revitalization industrial colleges in the process of common prosperity.This paper discusses the concept of industrial colleges,rural revitalization policies,the concept of education poverty alleviation,and the support policies of various rural revitalization industrial colleges.The research shows that the construction of rural revitalization industrial colleges needs to rely on the forces of local governments,industries,enterprises and other parties,in accordance with the principles of co-construction,co-management and sharing,to establish a multi-governance college governance system,reflect the requirements of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,improve the connection between the talent training of colleges and universities and the needs of rural industries,provide high-quality education and employment opportunities,and achieve sustainable development.
