摘要
体医结合导向的中医药院校体育教学形式研究,是现代体育教育理念下的重要探索,旨在满足医学生身心健康发展、临床体医结合理念塑造,以及体医技能应用的实际需求,亦符合国家社会对医学人才应具备素养的明确要求。基于高校体育教学的共性特点,对中医药院校现行体育教学的理念进行梳理与剖析,探讨体医结合导向在体育课程教学中的具体体现与推进实施的思路、方法与路径,认为体医结合能够以中医药院校的体育教学工作作为实际载体,从学科交叉角度融入更多医学知识与元素进入体育课程,助推中医药院校体育教改工作的创新发展,并最终在医学人才培养方面体现其深刻内涵与价值。
The research on sports teaching methods in TCM universities guided by the integration of sports and medicine represents an important exploration under modern physical education concepts.It aims to meet the practical needs of medical students'physical and mental health development,shape the clinical concept of sports and medicine integration,and enhance the application of sports and medical skills,aligning with the national requirements for the competencies of medical talent.Based on the common characteristics of sports teaching in higher education,this paper reviews and analyzes the current concepts of sports teaching in TCM universities.It explores the specific ways in which the integration of sports and medicine is reflected in the teaching of sports courses,as well as the methods and paths for its implementation.The study suggests that the integration of sports and medicine can serve as a practical vehicle in the sports teaching work of TCM universities,incorporating more medical knowledge and elements into sports courses through interdisciplinary approaches,thus promoting innovative development in sports teaching reform at TCM universities and ultimately highlighting its profound significance and value in medical talent cultivation.
