氧气含量对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰中二英低温热解特性的影响研究

摘要 为探明氧气含量对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰中二英低温热解的影响,以二英为研究目标,在管式炉中研究了氧气含量分别为0、1%、10%和21%的条件下生活垃圾焚烧飞灰经低温热处理后二英的降解情况。结果发现,氧气含量为0即纯氮气氛围时,飞灰中二英脱除率和解毒率均最高,分别为98.91%和97.94%;氧气含量逐渐增至10%时,飞灰中二英脱除率和解毒率均下降至97.05%和94.96%,但固相飞灰中整体相差不大,气相中变化更为明显;当氧气含量为21%时,固相飞灰中二英脱除率和解毒率呈上升趋势,气相中二英脱除率和解毒率则持续下降。整体来说,高氯代二英脱除率和解毒率高于低氯代二英,PCDF的脱除率和解毒率不如PCDD。本研究旨在为生活垃圾分类后的焚烧飞灰中二英的低温热处理技术工程化应用提供理论基础。 In order to find out the influence of oxygen content on the low-temperature pyrolysis of dioxins in MSWI fly ash,the degradation of dioxins in MSWI fly ash after low-temperature heat treatment was studied in a tube furnace with oxygen content of 0,1%,10%and 21%respectively.The results showed that when the oxygen content was 0,that was,pure nitrogen,the removal rate and detoxification rate of dioxin in fly ash were the highest,which were 98.91%and 97.94%respectively.When the oxygen content gradually increased to 10%,the dioxin removal rate and detoxification rate in fly ash both decreased to 97.05%and 94.96%,but the overall difference in solid fly ash was not significant,and the change in gas phase was more obvious.When the oxygen content was 21%,the removal rate and detoxification rate of dioxins in solid fly ash showed an upward trend,while continued to decrease in gas phase.On the whole,the removal rate and detoxification rate of high chlorinated dioxins were higher than those of low chlorinated dioxins,and the removal rate and detoxification rate of PCDF were not as good as that of PCDD.The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for the engineering application of low-temperature heat treatment technology of dioxins in incineration fly ash after domestic waste classification.
