摘要
以“一带一路”倡议十周年为契机,研究中国新疆和蒙古国贸易潜力,对深化中蒙俄经济走廊区域经济合作具有重要的现实意义。研究选取了比较优势、竞争优势、互补优势等多个指标构建贸易竞争力评价体系,用于测度中国新疆与蒙古国贸易竞争力;同时基于2010年至2021年中国新疆与中蒙俄经济走廊沿线国家的样本数据,通过随机抽取引力模型对中国新疆与沿线各国贸易潜力进行测度分析。研究结果表明,中国新疆对蒙古国塑料橡胶、贱金属和运输设备具有较强的互补优势;中国新疆与蒙古国贸易潜力类型为潜力开拓型,未来需要提升中国新疆与蒙古国优势产业的核心竞争力,加强重点产业优势互补,推动口岸通道建设、完善蒙古国交通通信基础设施以此提升中国新疆与蒙古国的贸易潜力。
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the‘Belt and Road’Initiative,the study of the trade potential between China’s Xinjiang and Mongolia holds significant practical importance for deepening regional economic cooperation along the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.The study constructs a trade competitiveness evaluation system using multiple indicators such as comparative advantage,competitive advantage,and complementary advantage to measure the trade competitiveness between China’s Xinjiang and Mongolia.Additionally,based on sample data from 2010 to 2021 for China’s Xinjiang and countries along the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,the study uses a stochastic frontier gravity model to analyze the trade potential between China’s Xinjiang and these countries.The results indicate that China’s Xinjiang has a strong complementary advantage with Mongolia in plastics,rubber,base metals,and transportation equipment;and the trade potential between China’s Xinjiang and Mongolia is categorized as potential-expanding.In the future,it will be necessary to enhance the core competitiveness of advantageous industries in China’s Xinjiang and Mongolia,strengthen the complementary advantages of key industries,promote the construction of port channels by improving Mongolia’s transportation and communication infrastructure to enhance the trade potential between China’s Xinjiang and Mongolia.
