摘要
企业增强跨界搜寻提升知识动态能力,对于促进双元创新,突破惯例枷锁,从容应对环境变迁,获取核心竞争优势,提升创新绩效意义重大。但跨界搜寻通过何种机制影响企业双元创新绩效有待进一步探究。基于动态能力理论,探讨跨界搜寻和双元创新绩效间的作用机制,明晰知识动态能力的链式中介效应以及环境复杂性的权变作用。对379份企业的问卷数据进行实证检验。研究发现:跨界搜寻依次通过知识获取能力、知识创造能力和知识整合能力促进双元创新绩效;环境复杂性通过削弱知识整合能力对双元创新绩效的正向影响而负向调节整个链式中介作用。进一步运用模糊集定性比较分析方法解析不同前因要素驱动双元创新绩效的复杂因果机制。研究结论阐明了跨界搜寻提升企业双元创新绩效的方式、过程和适用条件,为企业创新实践提供理论依据,从而助力企业打破核心刚性,提升企业核心竞争力。
It is of great significance for enterprises to enhance cross-border search and enhance knowledge dynamic ability to promote dual innovation,break through customary shackles,calmly cope with environmental changes,obtain core competitive advantages,and improve innovation performance.However,the mechanism by which cross-border search affects the performance of enterprises’dual innovation needs to be further explored.Based on the dynamic capability theory,this paper discusses the interaction mechanism between cross-border search and dual innovation performance,and clarifies the chain mediation effect of knowledge dynamic capability and the contingent effect of environmental complexity.Empirical test was carried out on 379 questionnaire data of enterprises.The results show that the cross-boundary search promotes the dual innovation performance through knowledge acquisition ability,knowledge creation ability and knowledge integration ability.Environmental complexity negatively moderates the mediation of the whole chain by weakening the positive influence of knowledge integration ability on the performance of dual innovation.Further,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to analyze the complex causal mechanism of the dual innovation performance driven by different anthems.The research conclusion clarifies the way,process and applicable conditions of cross-border search to improve the dual innovation performance of enterprises,providing theoretical basis for the innovation practice of enterprises,so as to help enterprises break the core rigidity and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
