摘要
目的:系统分析我国互联网医院评价研究现状,为今后开展互联网医院评价工作提供参考。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方及Web of science核心合集等中英文数据库,按照纳排标准筛选文献。结果:经筛选后共纳入中文文献34篇,英文文献14篇。明确了互联网医院概念范畴,并从评价理论、评价方法及评价内容三个方面梳理了相关研究现状。结论:通过系统梳理发现,当前系统视角的评价理论应用相对有限,评价方法多为静态评价,评价内容以患者视角的服务质量及满意度评价研究为主,尚缺少综合互联网医院多方利益主体需求的全面评价框架与体系。未来应从具有系统思维的新视角进行互联网医院评价研究,综合考虑互联网医院内外部多方利益主体需求及其关系,利用多种评价工具,对互联网医院展开动态评价研究。研究为今后该领域相关工作的开展提供的方向参考。
Objective To systematically analyze the research status of Internet hospital evaluation in China,and provide refer-ence for future Internet hospital evaluation.Methods Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and Web of science were searched systematically,and the literatures were included according to the inclusion criteria.Results A total of 34 Chinese and 14 English literatures were included in the study after screening.The concept category of Internet hospital was clarified,and the relevant research status was sorted out from three aspects of evaluation theory,evaluation method and evaluation content.Con-clusion Through systematic review,it was found that the application of the current evaluation theory from the systematic perspective was relatively limited,the evaluation methods were mostly static evaluation,and the evaluation content was mainly the evaluation research on service quality and satisfaction from the perspective of patients.There was still a lack of comprehensive evaluation framework and system for multi-stakeholder needs of Internet hospitals.It is suggested to implement Internet hospital evaluation research from the new view of systematic thinking,comprehensively consider the multi-stakeholder relationship,and utilize vari-ous research methods.
