摘要
目的:通过分析移动医疗领域的研究现况和热点,为相关科研工作者与决策者提供参考。方法:以WebofScience核心合集中近20年移动医疗相关的文章为研究对象,采用CiteSpacev.5.6.R2软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果:本研究共纳入有效文献5260篇,研究发现移动医疗领域研究热点和趋势主要集中在疾病管理、健康行为干预、精神健康以及移动医疗技术的更迭和有效性等方面。结论:目前移动医疗研究的主要领域仍是疾病管理及健康行为干预等方面,创造性地使用移动医疗技术及其丰富的数据流有可能成为解决我国乃至全球日趋严峻的健康问题的重要手段。
Objective:To provide reference for related science researchers and decision makers by analyzing the current situation and hot spots of research in the field of mobile healthcare.Methods:The articles related to mobile healthcare in the last 20 years in the core collection of Web of Science are considered as the research objects.CiteSpace v.5.6.R2 software is used for visual analysis of the literatures.Results:A total of 5,260 valid literatures are included in this study.It is found in the study that the research hotspots and trends in the field of mobile healthcare mainly include disease management,health behavior intervention,mental health,and the transformation and effectiveness of mobile healthcare technologies.Conclusion:At present,the main research fields of mobile healthcare are still disease management,health behavior intervention,etc.The creative use of the mobile healthcare technologies and its rich data flow may become an important means to solve the increasingly serious health problems in China and even the world.
