摘要
全面推进高校课程思政是提升人才培养质量的关键举措,课程思政与优良学风培育在过程、动因、成效和影响因素等四个方面具有较高的契合度,在“为何学、怎么教、如何用”等三个方面,课程思政与优良学风培育拥有共同的目标指向。在推进课程思政建设过程中,优化优良学风培育体系,构建包括高校主导保障体系、主体认同建设、网络思想政治教育、大学文化精神引领、师资队伍核心能力提升、成效评估、持续质量提升在内的七大体系,不断凝聚育人合力、发挥课程育人功能,提高优良学风培育质量。
The comprehensive promotion of curriculum ideology and politics is the key measures to improve the quality of talent training.There is a high degree of correspondence between curriculum ideology and politics and the cultivation of good learning style in the process,motivation,effect and influencing factors,and they have the same goal in the three aspects of“why to learn,how to teach and how to use”.In the process of promoting the curriculum ideology and politics construction,we optimize the cultivation system of good learning style,build seven systems,including university leading guarantee,subject identity construction,network ideological and political education,university cultural spirit guidance,teacher core competence improvement,effectiveness evaluation,continuous quality improvement,etc.constantly gather the educational force,give play to the educational function of the curriculum,and improve the quality of the cultivation of good learning style.
