摘要
mRNA技术作为一种新型生物医药开发技术,是将目的抗原基因通过特殊递送载体引入机体,于细胞内翻译表达目的蛋白,刺激机体产生体液免疫和细胞免疫。该技术具有对病原体变异反应速度快、生产工艺简单、易规模化生产和效率高等优点。该技术在多种传染性疾病预防、肿瘤免疫治疗、罕见病治疗等领域已成为新的发展方向。本文就mRNA技术起源、应用及面临的挑战和思考等方面作一综述,以期为该技术进一步发展及相关产品的研发和应用提供参考。
As a new biomedical development technology,mRNA technology introduces target antigen genes into the body through special delivery vectors,expresses proteins in cells,and stimulates the body to produce humoral immunity and cellular immunity.This technology has the advantages of fast response to pathogen variation,simple production process,easy large-scale production and high effectiveness,which has become a new development direction in areas such as infectious disease prevention,cancer immunotherapy,and protein replacement therapy.In this paper,the origin,application,challenges faced and thinking of mRNA technology have been reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for the further development of mRNA technology and the development and application of related products.
