摘要
芍为常用的传统大宗药材,其品质直接关系临床安全性和有效性。本文对古代和现代的白芍品质评价及其品质影响因素进行综述。目前,白芍加工炮制方式不规范,缺乏多个环节的标准,存在炮制方式不统一、种质资源混乱、品质差异显著等问题。同时,质量标准也不完善,如在白芍重金属、农残、二氧化硫等有害物质,以及芍药内酯苷、氧化芍药苷等有效成分的质量控制方面均较为薄弱,应进一步加强相关研究,建立白芍统一的加工炮制质量规范;此外,种质、产地、土壤、采收时间、贮藏等因素也是影响白芍品质的重要因素,应加强相关影响因素和白芍品质的内在联系研究,制定相关标准、规范,为白芍品质提升和科学评价体系建立提供基础。
Paeoniae Radix Alba is a commonly used traditional bulk medicinal herb,and its quality is directly related to clinical safety and effectiveness.Thisarticle reviews the quality evaluation and influencing factors of ancient and modern Paeoniae Radix Alba.At present,the processing and processing methods ofPaeoniae Radix Alba are not standardized,lacking standards in multiple stages,and there are problems such as inconsistent processing methods,chaotic germplasmresources,and significant quality differences.At the same time,the quality standards are not perfect.For example,the quality control of harmful substances such asheavy metals,pesticide residues,sulfur dioxide,and other Active ingredient such as paeoniflorin and oxypaeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba is relatively weak.It isnecessary to further strengthen relevant research and establish a unified processing quality standard for Paeoniae Radix Alba.In addition,factors such as germplasm,origin,soil,harvesting time,and storage are also important factors that affect the quality of Paeoniae Radix Alba.It is necessary to strengthen research on the internalrelationship between relevant influencing factors and the quality of Paeoniae Radix Alba,formulate relevant standards and specifications,and provide a foundationfor improving the quality of Paeoniae Radix Alba and establishing a scientific evaluation system.
