摘要
为使栀子更好地发挥其泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒的功效,突出栀子炮制作用,而对栀子主要化学成分和以栀子苷为指标的不同炮制方式导致的栀子中医药理作用变化、不同炮制操作后栀子苷含量变化等方面的研究进展进行综述。通过文献查阅和总结,可知栀子现代常用的炮制方法有炒制、焦制、炭制、姜制,均在不同程度上改变栀子苷含量,并影响栀子炮制品的药理作用。同时结合临床具体应用,展示栀子炮制品与中医经典的联系。
In order to enable Gardenia to better exert its effects of purging fire and eliminating annoyance,clearing heat and dampness,cooling blood and detoxifying,and highlight the processing effect of Gardenia,the research progress in aspects such as the main chemical components of Gardenia and the changes in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacological effects of Gardenia and the changes in gardenia content after different processing operations are reviewed.Through literature review and summary,it can be seen that the modern commonly used processing methods of gardenia include frying,charred,and ginger,all of which change the content of gardenia to varying degrees and affect the pharmacological effects of the processed gardenia products.At the same time,combined with specific clinical applications,the connection between gardenia processed products and traditional Chinese medicine classics is demonstrated.
