摘要
基于“态靶辨治”的新型诊疗模式,立足胃癌“正虚毒泛”的核心病机,中西合参,宏观调“态”,微观打“靶”,探讨胃癌发生过程中免疫紊乱的“偏态”现象,以及中药在免疫调控中的“精准用药”,以期为胃癌的防治提供新思路。
Based on the new diagnosis and treatment mode of"state target regulation",and the core pathogenesis of"positive deficiency toxicity"in gastric cancer,the author combined Chinese and Western parameters,macro regulation of"state"and micro"target",to explore the"skew"phenomenon of immune imbalance in the occurrence of gastric cancer,as well as the"precision medicine"of traditional Chinese medicine in the regulation of immune disorders,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
